Ben Taylor is the multi-awarding winning director behind the phenomenally successful show ‘Sex Education’, which he set up at Netflix, starring Gillian Anderson and Asa Butterfield, ‘Catastrophe’ starring Sharon Horgan and Rob Delaney (for which he received a BAFTA nomination for Best Director), HBO's ‘Divorce ’ (Sara Jassica Parker and Thomas Haden Church) and ‘ Year of the Rabbit’ (Matt Berry). Ben recently worked with Sally Wainwright on an 18th century adventure series 'The Ballad of Renegade Nell' for Disney+ (starring Derry Girls’ Louisa Harland), wrapped the Duffer Brothers’ ( Stranger Things ) latest series, The Boroughs (starring Jena Malone, Bill Pullman and Alfred Molina) and premiered his debut feature, ‘ JOY’ (starring Thomasin McKenzie, Bill Nighy and James Norton) at the 2024 BFI London Film Festival. The film became Netflix’s number 1 film upon release. In the commercials space Ben has directed campaigns for brands such as Google, Mercedes & KFC.
