Ben Taylor is the multi-awarding winning director‬‭ behind the phenomenally successful show‬‭ ‘Sex Education’‬‭,‬ which he set up at Netflix,‬‭ starring Gillian Anderson and Asa Butterfield,‬‭ ‘Catastrophe’‬‭ starring Sharon Horgan‬ and Rob Delaney (for which he received a BAFTA nomination for Best Director), HBO's‬‭ ‘Divorce‬‭ ’ (Sara Jassica‬ Parker and Thomas Haden Church) and ‘‬‭ Year of the Rabbit’‬‭ (Matt Berry). Ben recently worked with Sally‬ Wainwright on an 18th century adventure series‬‭ 'The Ballad of Renegade Nell'‬‭ for Disney+ (starring‬‭ Derry Girls’‬ Louisa Harland), wrapped the Duffer Brothers’ (‬‭ Stranger Things‬‭ ) latest series, The Boroughs (starring Jena‬ Malone, Bill Pullman and Alfred Molina) and premiered his debut feature, ‘‬‭ JOY’‬‭ (starring Thomasin McKenzie, Bill‬ Nighy and James Norton) at the 2024 BFI London Film Festival. The film became Netflix’s number 1 film upon‬ release. In the commercials space Ben has directed campaigns for brands such as Google, Mercedes & KFC.‬
